- Qaswaa will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
- Qaswaa will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Qaswaa is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Qaswaa will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
- Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 15 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- Qaswaa reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
